I played 4 games. I blundered the first one but won the remaining 3 games.

I played two MLK tournaments. I played very very very well in the first tournament. I was number 1 in k-3 section. I got 3.5/4 in this tournament.

I played OK in the second one. I got 3/5 (2 wins, 2 draw, 1 loss). One of the draw should be a win for me if I am more careful not to get into stalemate.

Dad and I studied the moon phases together today. We learned a lot. We did a book and video on moon phases.

Who:  Max aka (also known as)  chess player

What: I am suppose to play 5 games in a chess tournament. But I actually played 4 games because  of a birthday party at noon. I won 3 games and lost  1 game.

Why: to gain rating points

 

 

 

I went to la push .I Was at the beach . I played hide and seek .I saw  sand, rocks and giant tree logs. I had lots of fun .

When, Where, Who and What

,When: at fall break

Where: Seattle, Vancouver, Victoria, Olympic national park

Who: Max, Vincent, mom, dad, grandma, grandad

What: I visited lake crescent in Olympic park. I threw rocks in to the lake.

I like my summer vacation plan: I'll go to Hawaii. And then I'll go to Shandong china . and then I'll go to Beijing china. and then I'll come back. and do a chess camp. so then school starts.

 

 

 

 

 

At my trophy ceremony of kids chess I did very good. I was the only one who got a "I beat the coach" trophy!

Now I have 10 trophies and 7 metals!
